Shipping Policy

All orders placed by 2 PM EST on any business day, will ship that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or orders placed on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more (US only): select USPS Priority Mail during check-out.

Orders up to $49.99 are just $4.75 on USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail Service takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

If you need your order the next day, please select UPS overnight service.

Please note that this site does not add any shipping and handling charges to the UPS quoted shipping charges. UPS rates have significantly increased since Jan. 1 2007

We accept International orders from the following countries: Canada, Iceland, Ireland, UK, most European countries, Australia, New Zealand and select countries in the caribbean. If your country is not listed, we apologize, but we can not ship to you.

Canadian and International orders can be shipped by International First Class Mail (up to 4 lbs.) or International Priority Mail. If you select International First Class Mail and your order is over 4 lbs., then your order will be shipped by International Priority Mail. Shipping rates to Canada are cheaper than other International destinations.

Residents of Pennsylvania will have sales tax of 6% added to their order. Residents of Philadelphia, PA, will have sales tax of 7% added to their order.

Refund and Return Policy

When you purchase products from us, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused portion to the address below within 30 days of your order's receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Important: Refunds for Supplements will only be given if the product has not been opened (has the original seal intact). Un-opened and sealed supplements can be returned within 45 days of your order's receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Please let us know by email that you are returning an item to us. That way, we can expect your package and your refund will be processed more efficiently. Please include a copy of your order confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to appear in your account (dependent on your location and bank policies).
