How do I decide which rosacea product is right for me?

Although rosacea skin usually has both dry and oily patches, the decision whether to use a lotion-based product or a gel-based product for the treatment of your rosacea symptoms could best be determined if your skin can tolerate lotions or not. When you use a sunblock lotion, you may have noticed a worsening of your rosacea symptoms due to the incompatibility of your skin with lotion-based products. If that is the case, then our gel-based facial serenity gel might be right for you. On the other hand, if you prefer a moisturizer on your skin and your skin can tolerate lotions, then our facial serenity serum would be a better choice.


How long will your products last?

Usage amounts of most of our products depend on personal preferences, so no clear answer can be given. However, we can give some guidelines about our products that are used on a daily basis. Our rosacea and body acne products, when used daily, will run out in approximately 6 weeks. Our shaving cream will last 3-4 weeks.


Why don't you use aloe vera gel in your rosacea products?

Aloe vera is a great product in that it helps to reduce inflammation of the skin. However, aloe vera also makes your skin feel tighter, and since rosacea skin already has this "tight" feeling, we decided not to include aloe vera in our rosacea products.


I am not so sure about ordering online with my credit card. How do I know my credit card information is secure?

Our website processes every online order with 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, both at your computer and at our server. You will notice that the connection with the server is secure as soon as the locked symbol appears in your browser. When your browser points to a secured domain, an 'SSL' handshake authenticates the server and the client and establishes an encryption method and a unique session key. This ensures that your credit card information will be encrypted before it will be send to our servers. The server has a specific encryption-decoder key that is unique to your particular session. We will never see your credit card information.


How do I know if my order went through?

If your order went through and your payment method was accepted, you should see a "thank you" page with a message that your order is being processed. You should also receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, you may have made a typo in your email address.


Can I call in my order and give you my credit card information over the phone?

We regret that we can not take orders over the phone at this time. Currently, we can only process orders online. Be assured however, that your online credit card purchase is secure (see above).
