Import and VAT Tax

Some countries may charge you an import or VAT tax, which is based on a percentage of the order value. The amount varies greatly between countries, with some European countries charging 21% VAT tax, while other countries don’t charge anything. Not all packages will be charged a VAT tax, but just keep in mind that your order may be charged a tax upon delivery.

How long does it take for your package to arrive?

It takes an average 10-14 business days for your package to arrive. It may take longer, as some packages are inspected by customs upon arrival in your country. We always send you the tracking information for your order, so you may obtain the latest tracking info.

For International shipments, please note that the Postal System will only track the package until it arrives at the local post office. If the tracking information states that the package has been delivered, it may mean that your package is still at the post office. Often, your local post office may request that you pick up the package from the post office and pay import duties. They may or may not leave a note on your door.
